What is Pain?

I remember hearing the saying, Pain is a temporary inconvenience! If that's so, why does it linger for so long. Many of us has had  Pain in us since childhood. I can count back to age 10 when my Pain started, can you? B.O.R.N. is as we know, means the BIRTH of. (The Beginning). I encourage each and every one of you to go to the beginning to where your Pain started and just maybe YOU will begin to heal. Remember if your're attempting to build on your relationships you must HEAL first.

  1. Emotional pain is often harder to overcome than physical pain. Without communication, the baggage that holds us hostage can damage a potentially good relationship. We all have it, it's how it's dealt with.

  2. The wise understand that pain is an indicator that they need to listen. Many people respond to pain negatively but actually we are supposed to embrace our pain and listen to what God is showing us through our bodies or life experiences. If the oil light comes on in the car its not a time to whine, it;s time to simply get the oil changed.Life is the same way, we must respond to pain and adjust our life not corrupt it.

  3. It took me time to get to where I am but I can truly say my Pain turned into something good. I reached back and it helped me to be a better person and move forward. Go back to the beginning to where it all started. Learn or start to forgive, let the grudge go. Free yourself and you will be HEALED!

  4. Pain is an a part of life, we all go through it one way or another and some time or another, but how we use that pain is key, if we keep it in, it will lead to other emotional issues, and possible physical abuse. But if we deal with it when we are ready, it can help us to become better people. What doesnt kill us makes us stronger. So lets heal and have meaningful relationships.
